My Story
With over 20 years of experience in psychology and psychotherapy, my journey began as a Clinical Psychologist outside the UK. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
Driven by a passion for understanding the mind-body connection, I pursued an advanced training in Psycho-Organic Analysis with EFAPO (Paris), completing a comprehensive 4-year program in psychotherapy. Additionally, I underwent 2 years of specialized training in Children, Family, and Couple’s Psychotherapy. Expanding my knowledge and expertise, I also sought certifications in Sophrology, Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, allowing me to incorporate embodied approaches into my practice.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with various organizations and working in educational settings. This has enabled me to support individuals, families, and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds across the lifespan.
My approach

In my practice, I adopt an integrative and holistic approach, drawing upon the wealth of knowledge gained from my studies, training, and professional experiences. By tailoring my approach to each individual’s unique needs, I assist patients in navigating and overcoming a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, addictions, PTSD, and eating disorders. I firmly believe that therapy, in all its forms, is a transformative process that fosters healing, personal growth, and positive change.
